User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, or other content on our platform:

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content

You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you submit

You agree that your content must not infringe on the rights of any third party

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Merchant Services

We serve as a platform connecting users with independent service providers. We do not: - Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by merchants - Warrant that merchants will provide services as advertised - Verify the credentials or qualifications of all service providers - Control the conduct of merchants on our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVIKY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Actions or omissions of third-party merchants or service providers - Any matter beyond our reasonable control In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serviky, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: - Your violation of these Terms of Use - Your violation of any rights of a third party - Your use of our Service in a manner not permitted by these Terms
